Goodbye by Barb Montanye Kleeman

Goodbye

I'd like to say I love you, but I'm afraid to try.
I don't know if I can do it for I fear that I might cry. The end for you is coming, your pain will be no more. But I don't know if I'm ready to see you through that door.
I know you will be welcomed into His eternal home, please know that you'll be missed from this earth on which we roam.
Your pain will soon be over, your sorrows nothing more than a memory of how it was on this side of the door.So if you see a tear begin to fall down upon my cheek, remember I am only human and sometimes I am weak. When I say I love you, if I begin to cry, I may be saying one thing but my heart knows it's goodbye.
