We sped toward the school. We slowed down when we approached the accident. Sammy and Alan had come running from the grade school to see what all the comotion was about. I told Lita to stop, because i reconized Serenas car, or what was left of it at least. Thats when i saw her lying there in the ground blood all around her and the paramedecs crew trying to save her. i jumped out of Litas car and the paramedics crew tried to push me back. I told them that she was my sister and they let me through. Lita who had remained level headed had called Irene and ken and told them what she knew. They met us at the hospital. Lita got Sammy and Alan into her car buckled up, and drove to the hospital. i rode in the back of the ambulance with Sere to the hospital. I was crying the whole time. She kept sqeezing my hand trying to get to me that she'd be o.k. They wheeled her into surgery immeaditely. I now had her blood on my hands and shirt. i was so scared i was just shaking and bawling. I just kept thinking I can't loose her now. We can't loose our leader now. She has too much going for her. Sometime during the surgery she died, i remeber feeling it. They brought her back, but she was in coma for 5 days. I was in her room when she came to. I was being flooded with memories and trying to sort them out. The only thing that was helping was the fact that i could talk things out with Rena. I knew she could hear me, but she couldn't respond. I was startled when she came to. She ripped the ventilator out of her mouth, and i asked if she was ok. She said that she was perfectly fine and just needed to get out of the dammed hospital. They ran tons of tests and the only thing they found wrong was some small nerve damage in her lower back. They did surgery and fixed it, but she had to learn to walk again. Thats what her speech is about. Overcoming obsticals. Her first few weeks back in school she was in a wheel chair, but she was bound and determined to walk on her own by her 16th birthday. She succeded. It was an amazing thing, but she did it. I think most of the healing was because she's a scout. The rest of it, the walking again she did by herself. She's been through a lot. She's got an amazing spirit. Without her I don't think i could have handled having Marissa." Rei explained.

"Wow! I don't think that i would have wanted to survive after that. I had a hard enough time dealing with regaing memories. It sort of just hit me all of the sudden when i was 15. I almost wonder if it didn't have something to do with the Serenas accident. When did you remeber?" Travis asked. "Ironically the night of Seres accident. It was also the same day that i got my test results back. I started dreaming about life on the moon kingdom. I never thought about it before. I just assumed that i found out because i was pregnent. Maybee it was because Serena died. I dont know though. The accident was September 13th four years ago." Rei said. "September 13th are you sure?" Travis asked. "Yes. I know." Rei answered. "That's the same day Jessie died in an accident. Come to think of it was a block away from a school.
