She said" I have belief that your sister some how has the gift". He looked up surprised and said "so you think that, well I had a little thought into that matter as well". He said no more on the subject, and drank his tea strangely, very fast. He was done before her. So he thanked her and bid her a good night, leaving her as well as he came.

Chapter 3 A good day's start

Sandra woke up the next morning, and got up as usual. But this time she was brought down by the thought of the dream she had the last night. Strangely she had no idea what it was about, and this never happened. For she rarely dreamed, and when she did it was not a dream but a night mare. She had breakfast with this thought and walked to the little school were she thought the ways of learning books, writing, and different such. The thought still there. When she walked into the little room the children were all in there seats and studying quietly. She was proud of her students, and they respected her. Of course she had many days with punishment. But they were good. And she loved them like her own.

She took attendance, while the children now started to talk. She hushed them up and began her day. First she asked them for the spelling. Which they all knew. Then she brought out her own spelling book and wrote down scores. She looked up and saw a face in the window. Boric was waiting there patiently until he knew that she saw him and waved her out. She told the children to begin there work and walked to the outside. Boric was quick to speak and she was a bit worried. He said "do you have no idea what has happened"? "They have found another witch and it is the little old lady that works in the shop, they have found her guilty in just an hour"! Sandra was horrified and did not speak immediately. "They have no respect for a woman's culture, even if it is good, of course a man could not be a warlock but innocent". "I am afraid I must leave if this goes on, I will leave within the day"! Boric did not want this and said "you could not, maybe for a bit to be safe, but not forever". "And why do you want me to stay and most likely be hung within the week"? Boric did not know what had come over him and busted out with a reply of "I love you, and could most certainly not live without you I would stand up and be proud to die with you". With this Sandra was hushed. She had no reply and simply said" well I would not have you leaving your poor mother and sister for a girl as simple and plain as me". She knew how she felt and it was the opposite of what she had said. Then out of poor madness at her self she reached up and kissed him. It was a long kiss, and when it was over she walked into the school and shut the door with a hurry.

Sandra sat at her desk and did not know what had come over her. She was simply over come with a weird and odd burst of joy and she was scared, all at the same time. The children sat at there desks working quietly, they acted as though no one else was there.
