~ORNÄUEVÄS~
Origin of Uemievärs

Wræst Suelime

WHEN Uemievärs was empty, shapeless, and void of light, there was Näquäsone, the Matchless One. He existed in solitude, for he had created nothing. He desired that there should be other beings, so that they could enjoy life, and have fellowship with him, and love him.
Näquäsone therefore gave shape to Uemievärs, and set it in order. He kindled stars, and set them in groups, and in clusters, until Uemievärs was filled with the brilliance of innumerable galaxies. He then formed other globes, and set them to orbit certain stars. These are the Särtämds, the Star Bands, for their orbits are like unto bands around stars. Näquäsone then made moons, and placed them in the orbits of many different särtämds. He was pleased with these works, but his labors were not yet over.
For Näquäsone, when he had completed the physical lands, created a spiritual region. He endowed it with beauty and light, and called it Färæln, the Fair Realm, for the brilliance of that land was greater than any other place in Uemievärs. Then Näquäsone brought the Thiones, the High Ones, into being. He put these spirits in Färæln, where they dwelt in joy and peace. This time is known as the Faræzärä, the Fairest Era, for it was a period of unsullied happiness, when evil had never existed, and all was good.
But this innocence did not last forever, for a great rebellion arose among the Thiones. Triestem, the Bright Being, had been gifted with great powers of leadership and persuasion, for Näquäsone had created him to lead the Thiones in song. But after serving his maker for a brief time, Triestem began to use his gifts for his own selfish desires, and began to lead many Thiones into rebellion against Näquäsone. He promised the Thiones that they would be able to rule Uemievärs, free from any restraints, if they would follow him into war against Näquäsone, and with these words he swayed nearly half of all Thiones to join his cause.
None of Triestem's devices were hidden from Näquäsone, however. All of Uemievärs had been formed by Näquäsone's power, so all that had or would ever occur in this creation was clearly visible to him, and Triestem's rebellion was thus doomed before its conception. Great was Näquäsone's sorrow as he beheld the evil that many of the Thiones cultivated in their hearts, for he knew that their punishment and destiny would be terrible.
