Chapter 00: The club

The boy walked through the street in a warm spring night. It was Thursday, so it was full of people. Buenos Aires had always been a city filled with night life. Behind him, four friends followed him making jokes and mocking him. This was not an uncommon view in this city. It was customary in bachelor parties where the groom was to be the center of the party and be the objective of some heavy jokes.
They stopped in the middle of a block on a small unmarked door that was guarded by a big man dressed in a very nice black suit. One of his friends approached him and after exchanging a few words gave the man some money and he opened the door for them.
The boy walked in followed by his friends and found stairs that went down and were blocked by a heavy red velvet drape. They could not see pass it but already heard loud music coming from the other side.
A beautiful lady came from behind the heavy curtain and moving it aside invited the five friends inside. As they walked through they discovered a night club. A big lounge was set with comfortable looking couches and, farther apart, a few tables scattered around the place. On the back of the room, a nicely set bar was lighted with red neon that allowed a dim lighting for the people that was sitting on the stools besides it.
The woman that invited them in checked something on a list and then escorted the five friends to a group of couches to the right of a small stage that was set in the middle of the room. In between the couches was a small round table with a candle which provided small light in this darkened place.
The five friends sat, leaving the boy in the middle of them and relaxed to the music while one of them went to the bar. He spoke a few words with the barman and then returned to sit and relax with the rest. A few moments later the man came to the table and served the friends five beer pints which he laid on the table in front of them. One of the friends paid him and the man left.
More groups of people arrived at the place and slowly were accommodated on the couches and tables around the club. They all relaxed and waited as the music played along.
Suddenly the music stopped and the lights went off. The sound of steps of a woman in high heels echoed throughout the entire room. The little light that came from the candles on the tables barely showed the outline of a voluptuous woman. She walked to the middle of the stage that was elevated half a meter over the floor. Then she stopped and waited. A single beam of white light turned on and focused on her. It was a tall woman, with abundant blonde hair and blue eyes. Her face was very beautiful. She was dressed with a tight blouse and a tabled skirt that went just above the knees.
Music began playing. It was a slow song with a deep bass that made the entire place tremble. The woman started moving to the slow rhythm swinging her hips slowly and sensually. She grabbed the shinny metal pole that was set in front of her as if it were her lover and continued her dance. The song went on and gradually more and more lights joined the original beam and set the mood for the show that this woman was performing.
