noticed you said you wished for 2nd hand bookstores. have you tried swaptree.com or paperbackswap.com ? If you have books to trade, all it costs is shipping (average $2 per book). I have traded hundreds of books.

Yeah, I agree with you on Ender and Drizzt being totally different characters. I was thinking about the basic plot though. Guy who's good at something (whether being smart, or with swordplay) goes into a new situation where everyone hates him, but is really good, so gains a reputation...

Anyway. They are definitely different and I like them both. I agree with Ender's game being one of the best books ever. I loved it and stayed up all night to read it. RA is pretty good as far as action goes, but I agree as well that he's a bit juvenile. But, sometimes I don't need to think too hard.

Hey, it sounds like you're a big Ender fan and you've read some RA Salvatore right? I mean you pretty much know him right? Anyway, did you think Homeland and Ender's game kinda had a similar story. I've just thought that for years and was wondering if anyone else felt the same way.

I'm a 23 year old from Central Mass. I've always been interested in Fantasy and Science Fiction, and I've been writing and reading for 15 years or so. My first "novel" was Cormyr by Greenwood and Grubb and I've been hooked ever since.
