I love sports. I have several favorites.

I grew up on college football, but I no longer consider it a favorite sport of mine (thought I still watch and attend games very frequently).

The sports I love are basketball, hockey and soccer.

The greatest sport in the world is hurling. Mind-bogglingly ancient, breathtakingly fast, incredibly skillful, and occasionally stunningly violent. Take two teams of Irishmen from rival counties, give them big wooden sticks, and send them out on the field. It's the recipe for fun.

That looks like a blast, both to watch and to play. I'd love to find a way to watch this regularly.

To do: Renaissance style fencing (rapier and dagger preferred...) Used to do horse sports but age & injuries got to me.

To watch: rugby, soccer, US-type football, equestrian sports & racing. However, don't get much of that as TV's been non-working for weeks. and they don't carry my sports often here.
