Yeah, I like that one too. Seems more British, though I don't know if that's the British cover. I also like this one:

    Whoops, it's SF. But post-apoc!

I like that Deas cover. And with a blurb from Joe, too!

The cover tmso posted is indeed the British cover for that book. I must confess I prefer the US one.

It has the Villain on it along with colors that looks like it matches the Villain. It looks like the Villain is sneaking up on Daniel X.

I think the Resnick cover is pretty cool.

I saw that in a store and it looks good in trade. I have the MMPB of Songs of the Earth with the matching cover, and it is purty. Real purty.

Not sure this fits the fantasy genre, but I do LOVE this cover. Reading the book right now. So far, it is engaging.

That is a nice cover. The style reminds me of a fantasy comic artist named Jay Anacleto. If you're not already familiar with him and get the chance, it might be worth checking his stuff out.

I like the cover art for Cast in Peril, the newest installment in the Chronicles of Elantra series by Michelle Sagara...

Would it be bad form to post my cover? It got launched yesterday and I've had a lot of 'OMG PRETTY!' feedback. It is rather gorgeous, but then I'm biased :D

Yes, it is. You do, however, have the ability to post it in the Promotion Zone.

French cover for Clive Barker's second Abarat book, subtitled Days of Magic, Nights of War. The artist is none other than the man himself, who I believe has done art/covers for most editions.

Have to say I love this. It's simple and also pretty clean and clear (especially for Barker).

I do like a lot of the French covers. Here are some pretties:

    Stormdancer by Jay Kristoff:

Bread & Circuses, a short story collection by Felicity Dowker:

Tad Williams' The Dirty Streets of Heaven (not sure if this is the U.S., U.K. or Australian cover, suspect it's U.S.):

And I swear, Jay Lake gets the best covers. These are the next two books in his Green series:

    Endurance:

    And Kalimpura:

Oooo, now that Kalimpura looks interesting. That's a cover that makes you want to know the story behind it. :)

I believe Jay Lake has Dos Santos covers, but I'm not sure if Kalimpura is a Dos Santos. Looks like one, but it also doesn't.
