definitely that was one thing that suggested to me that something might happen between C and M becuase she trusts him so much.......

we just need some evidence that he trusts her......

Look guys, the point is that Alison was using the word 'romance' in her foreword as an alternative way of calling the story an epic. It meaning in this sense of the word was defined perfectly by Noodle later on. It should make sense to you now!

it makes sense but that doesn't mean we can't hope that she might have subconciously meant something more!!!!!!

I wouldn't worry about it. I think that M&C will definately get it on. I hope. I mean, even if Alison says she really doesn't know at this stage, I'd imagine that the two characters themselves would just work out that they're made for each other. :D
