*Ahem* I know quite a number of very normal gay people, men and women.

But aside from that...

Cadvan's propensity for shopping is, in my experience, no more an indicator of his sexuality than the colour of his shoes. ;) In my family, it's the blokes who do the shopping and cooking - one of the big nuisances of my very heterosexual husband being in France, which he is at the moment, is that I have to go to the shops..and cook dinner...it's just not one of my things. I know lots of men who like shopping, quite a lot of them very straight indeed. Indeed, in some cultures, men do the shopping almost exclusively.

But I can set your minds at rest: fwiw, I don't think Cadvan is gay. He has probably had, over the years, quite a number of very female lovers.
