Relationships in the book

lol, good point :D

Also, we haven't really ahd a chance to get to know Saliman yet, have we?
We've only come in contact with him a couple of times in Gift, never in Riddle (In person, wasn't there a letter or something?) and in Crow, where we've only seen the first four chapters.

I'm sure by the end of Crow we'll all be swooning over him as much as Cadders :D

... and we'll have a pet name for him, lol

I got pretty fond of Saliman during the course of The Crow, I have to say. He's less scarred than Cadvan, more sociable, so he doesn't have that taciturn troubled charm that seems to be so attractive with Cadders (ohmigod, it's catchy). But equally, he's noble, heroic, honest, generous, smart and funny...and of course very very gorgeous, what with those long plaits, lovely eyes and tall sexy warrior figure. Nice hands, too... :D

Dear me, maybe I only write these books to imagine lovely men...though there are lovely women in there as well...

Oooh! Maybe we'll all fall for Sali now? (sorry couldn't resist!!! :D )

You certainly sell him well, alison. (hmmmm hands!!!) So, does he have a lady all lined up for him or are we gonna have to threaten you about that aswell?

Mwahuahaha! Fangirls, our power is increasing! (and can I just say that I was the first person to coin the moniker Cadders, a fact which i am tres proud of).
Alison, now that we have converted you to our derivative Cadvan-nicknames, please allow me to share some more with you: C (as in M&C - now a registered trademark :D ), Caddy, Dirty Cad...I'm sure there will be more to come. :D

And whilst we're on the subject of Saliman, here's my two cents: I like the guy - he's a good egg. But he just can't measure up to the surly sexiness that is Cad-Cad incarnate. :D

Well, didn't you pick up the naughtiness in 'Dirty Cad'? Because, you know, a cad is an immoral (often sexually) man... :D
