The synopsis for the Crow on the UK Amazon site, i think, gives away an incredible amount of detail about the book, it doesn't explicitly say who dies but it does heavily imply who does.

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/140630137X/qid=1139542552/sr=8-3/ref=sr_8_xs_ap_i3_xgl/026-4309146-8742809 it can be found there, for those of you who really want to, but i suggest that you refrain, it's a kind of a bummer to know... :(

That's what happened to me. I heard about this spoiler-filled synopsis from other threads and was so curious I had to track it down...and then I read it and now I kind regret it. :( Like Gemini said, it's very heavily implied.

Yeah i know what you mean Celebriän found the synopsis the other day and i just can't believe it. There is no way that it should happen becasue Hem has suffered enough already as it is!!

Anyway, after i got that out my system i was thinking. Hem simply cannot die in the Crow BECAUSE at the end of the Riddle Maerad has a dream of sitting with Hem in a garden with Irc and She and Cadvan intend to go looking for him and if the Crow happens CONSEQUETIVELY to The Riddle then there would be no point in Maread and cadvan going to look for him.

excellent alasse, now we can all be satisfactorily up in arms if hem does die (which he cant, he cant!) becasue you just told us all the evidence to say that he can't, wooohhhhhoooo!!!!!

right, depending on where you live means the publication date varies, in England it is the 3rd July (not fair)

and in Australia its sometime in May (but i'm not sure when because i don't live there)

I think when it says May, it means the first of May. But the bookstores are reaalllllllllly lax around here, you always have to get them ordered in, so we won't see them until mid to end of May probably.
