There was a book I read and it's plot was kinda like the pellinor series, I just can't think of what it was...

Please do read this if you haven't read the Riddle or the Crow!
I know this thread isn't really about Hem dying (well sort of) but I thought it would cover the topic in The Riddle when Maerad has a dream that tells her Hem is dead (when she is in captivity of the Jussacks (I think)). Anyway - I was wondering if anyone knew the answer or whether it had already been discussed in another thread and if so could they tell me where please. For as we know: Hem doesn't die in the Crow and therefore it makes no sense that Maerad had a dream about him that made her assume he was dead. Thanks for your assistance - Nelsor

JUST KIDDING! :p Got your attention, didn't I?
*breathes in and out very fast* don't... do ... that... almost had...a... heartattack! ok, better now.
How about this: Maerad and Cadvan get together. Cadvan dies in a heroic battle against Sharma and gives his last strength and power to Maerad, who uses it to defeat Sharma. Sharma dies (duh!). Maerad mourns Cadvan's death. Maerad discovers that she is pregnant with CADVAN'S BABY!!!!!!!!!!!
oh, I like it! very dramatic! but I don't want Cadvan 2 die though, I'd never get over it!:( :( :( :(

I don't have a copy of The Riddle on me Becks - otherwise I would find the page number for you - but I'm sure she does - when she is captured by the Jussacks. Have a look for me would you - if you have a copy that is, though I'm pretty much 100% sure she does. However I believe the line is a "passing line" - you know - about two sentences long. Cheers. Nelsor ;)
