LOL. You live in Australia (I think......) and a few of us live in England, I'm not sure of the time difference between our countries but those who live in England are generally on the computer at the same time.

So technically you post when we're asleep...............unless we don't sleep....:p

Poor Saliman! He seems to have a sword hanging over his head ("token black" indeed, Gemini! Splutter!! Though I guess that's fair enough in the context of the first two books...and hopefully isn't true at all in The Crow, where everyone is black...)

Just to be horrible, I will say that someone important dies in The Crow. But no amount of badgering or torture or even kidnapping plots will make me reveal who it is. :)

We're drifting off to chat again, guys...remember that other people wanting to read these threads have to trawl through it all, as Silvia complained earlier. Maybe read Dag's SFF guidelines above...

i wonda wot ircs role in the book is???

Irc's been a fabulous character to write! I've found him really funny (I hope you do too, when you get to read him). He's Hem's friend, confidante, helper and ally...and maybe a bit of comic relief in the grim bits.
