My mobile lets me use the net like you would on a computer! But it dont cost me anything! :) nokia N90. Anyway i think that using new actors can enhance the viewin and makin of the movie as different people will make people feel what the books want you to feel emotionally. I get into a book and become attached, i think this is why i like these books cos you gotta keep up! juli xx

Omg your phone looks(pictures of net) and sounds really cool! aww i want one.
New actors would be a great idea. Or, those young "breakthrough" actors who we've yet to idolise. And through this movie (Pelinor) they could become much more popular and it will still retain the idea that the actors will not already be spoiled by previous movies and therefore not affect the purity of the emotions that the characters(from the book) endure. This maintains the audience's concentration on the actual characters and not the actors themselves. People will want to watch this new movie because of the young stars, but from this initial interest we can grow on it by bring them an absolutely brilliant trilogy equitable to LOTR.

I totally agree element99!!! Why would we want to see old faces in this movie? Mind you who would play the older characters?

Maerad should be innocent & young!INNOCENT!! :D

These are just my two cents, but I don't think Maerad would look very innocent. Young, yes, but I think she may look a little older and more knowledgable about the ways of the world than innocence would allow. She did suffer in Gilman's Cot and she's seen some bad things in her life. It would be hard to look innocent after what she's been through.

Hi again. I kow that cadvan. Saliman and Dernhil all were supposed to be 'old' compared to normal. So give me actors that look youngish, come across wise, and havent been in any huge movies (so they dont taint the movie)!!!!

These people having to play the characters would have to to have a wide range of skills to pull of these characters as they are so deep and would have to express a large amount of emotions at once!!

Juli xx
