These are just my two cents, but I don't think Maerad would look very innocent. Young, yes, but I think she may look a little older and more knowledgable about the ways of the world than innocence would allow. She did suffer in Gilman's Cot and she's seen some bad things in her life. It would be hard to look innocent after what she's been through.
Innocent @ first then...I agreee with u after she has escaped. At first though..she knows nothing about Barding so....Oh i dont no! Dont confuse me! I get confused VERY easily! :D

Any company who wants to make the books films are going to have an awful lot of problems and complaints from fans all over the world!Everyone has so many different opinons that someone is always going to find fault with everyone elses interpretations of the books! :D (gasp gasp! )

:) How bout Johnny Depp or Viggo Morteson as Cadvan and Orlando Bloom as Arkan(he'd have to change his hair and eyes though...) He has played an immortal character before.(Legolas,LOTR).

Bloom can act but every1 will just relate to the LOTR. Any1 who has not yet read the books will just compare them and will not get the real story.

Hi I'm new! Not too sure about this, but how about Michael Sheen as Cadvan?
