Maerad's Thread (Spoilers for The Riddle)

Wow, glad you like it! :D But I feel terribly worried about conflicting with how other people imagine her to look like...
Yodee: That pic took me a couple of hours.
For those of you, however, who imagine Maerad with straight hair, please do check out an earlier picture that I've just uploaded of the scene where she scries Cadvan. You'll find it on DA tomorrow, probably.

my parents really want me to do realistic stuff...so does my art teacher...but i´m never happy with what i do, so i stop trying...

hm...I know what you mean...I think...

...I wish I could just sit down and take 4 hours for a picture ^^ i really respect everybody who can do that ^^

Thje most I can do is 30mins, and Mrs Cadvan, it odesnt matter whet other people think about the pic, because youare showing your view of her(I wish I could draw like that!!!)

I've just drawn a picture of Ardina, since no-one's drawn her yet, and she looks really young. All my pictures seem like teenagers, rather than adults. Mmm...need to improve that. I think I'm going to get it scanned at my school tomorrow, since I don't have a scanner :( .

Yes, this post has got nothing to do with Maerad but I thought we are on the topic of drawing right now, so y'know... :rolleyes:

hm...since there seem to be a lot of people drawing a lot of different charcters (I´m working on Hem ^^ ) maybe we should have a thread for our pictures and discussions about them...what du you think?
