'Cake!! Everyone LOVES cake! Have you ever met anyone who doesn't like cake? cause i aint never heard anyone say 'do you like cake' and then the other person says 'no.. i don't like no cake!!' :D I watch WAY too much tv! :D

oh i get it now ...... yeah havent worked out whther the parents come back or not...... Maerad's parents are dead but still haev a huge role in her life

I was just reading this thread (it's realy interesting) and I believe that for the sake of the light someone will sacrifice themselves. I think this will probably happen at the begining or end of the forth book and it will affect Maerad very deeply. (i dont think Maerad dies)

With the thought of evil Maerad in mind... I recon she probably wont kill a main char. (could someone tell me how to do that black box around spoilers?) all who have read about the "incident" in The Riddle that Elidhu posted in the 1st message of this thread, you know what i want to refer to here. It would be too much like that.

you do spoiler tags by typing [SPOILER] whatever you want to hide then [ / SPOILER] again, just without the gaps.

I agree with you on the whole "sacrifice" thing. It could possibly occur at a moment of doubt for Maerad, when she has to make a choice between one or the other. What exactly those choices would be, i have no idea :D , tho i'm sure the whole Arkan situation would come into it somehow.
