hmmmm me not so sure

if you remember after she killed Ilar of Desor i am certain there is some darkness gathering in her then - if you remember she won't apolgise to Cadvan etc. and Cadvan and Gahal (first bard of gent) both say that they see darkness in her. she's seems completely different to the person rescued from Gilman's cot)

good theory but i think the Maerad will have to learn to control her powers using her love for Cadvan :D

that would be sooo good *run to try to find bit from book to back up arguement*

i cant find, anyway that will so be the case.

I also think that she will learn to control her powers but possibly not before she ends up doing somthing else wrong (like hurting or killing someone)

Also, I think that due to what she went through in "The Riddle" she will start using her elemental powers more and she will probably act more subdued.

Maybe Maerad has known who the nameless one is all along. Maybe its Cadvan, maybe he did die in the Gwalhain pass and this is the nameless one in disguise? Or maybe she herself is the nameless one? But there are way too many maybe's here... i suppose i'll just have to wait for the crow
:(
