you know what? i dont think hem or maerad OR cadvan will die! i think saliman will die cause hes not as important but still greatly loved. he will die tragically while saving maerad from the dark and save the day giving her the chance to kill the nameless one . so theres your sacrifice and there is still room for the love between maerad and cadvan

and

(DO NOT READ UNLESS YOU HAVE READ THE FIRST 4 CHAPTERS OF "THE CROW", SPOILER!!!!!)
possibly romance between hem and zelika :D

so they morn saliman of course but then get on with their lives and rebuilt everywhere! perfect AND plausible ending
good point!

well it's a guide way to pick up points that you missed, even if it drives others round the bend and up the wall! :D

it could be that just having no parents increases the tragedy in the childs life therefore making you feel more pity for them

She's going to find Enkir (who has been so warped by the dark that he's all weak and pathetic) and go nuts and be on the brink of killing him and then all the others will persuade her not to do it and she'll realise she almost turned into Enkir HIMSELF (i.e. being evil to weak people) and then she'll change forever and they all live happily ever after!!!

*Takes breath*

That's my theory anyway! Any good? :D

Just a question, how evil does everyone want Maerad to go? I myself hope for just after semi, but not completly evil.

those who live in shadow are the ones who see the light
