Guys, I know I'm not a mod or anything and I really honestly hate to sound bossy. But I've been trying to keep up on various threads, only to find that there are several pages at a time of totally unrelated conversations - kind of inconsiderate for people who do want to talk about the entitled topic.
It has been said before, not just by me - perhaps you could move these convos to the chattery thread, or just talk over MSN instead.
Before she left for England, Alison herself also did say on several occasions to keep on topic, as this forum is after meant for the discussion of her books. Talk about jaffa cakes and gravy murders isn't exactly related, is it? I hope I'm not the only one on these forums who is wound up by off-topic chatter...

Right, now I'll step off the bossy platform. *steps off humbly* :D
