After seeing those photos posted by Gemini, I think Hugh looks a bit too...inexperienced to be a Cadvan person. He would probably be better playing the part of someone like Dernhill...

Naa. In the photos Gemini posted, he looks really sharp and smart, and intelligent , so it kinda fits into the Dernhill role. To me, he is more Derhill than Cadvan...

Hmm, yeh ok... I'm gonna be nice and respect your opinion ;) However, I need to point out (once again) that he is in the lead which means people agree with me, that he would make an excellent Cadvan :D

I have to agree with Bai_Xu. I think Hugh is hot n all, and he's a great actor, I jsut don't think he fits that well with the description of Cadvan. His eyes are too diddy, and i dont think the bone structure in his face is a striking as it is implied in the books.
Though he does have the smile :D

I'm not saying you're wrong, Siobhan, I'm just saying that for me, he looks more like Dernhill.

Yes... his eyes sometimes do look a bit funny but he has The Smile, which i think overshadows the fact that he's not perfect (although I still think he is)

Well, I'm perfectly happy knowing that the author's own vote is kind of split between Sean Bean and Hans Matheson, who I imagine look most like Cadders. :D
