For all those who've read the Abhorsen series by Garth Nix... Would they make good films? The first one.. Sabriel.. isn't too long and there's enough stuff in it to make a decent length movie and not miss ANYTHING out. what about Lirael and Abhorsen? Could it be done?

Possibly, though personally I would only like it if it was made in Australia which a majority of Aussie cast and crew (not exclusively of course cause that's silly). But Lemony Snickets wasn't as popular as HP being in a similiar category so I don't know how they'd treat Sabriel - it would have to be done delicately and with Nix involved of course!
