Hello everyone

I don't know if I have the wrong spot to put this post but anyway if i have tell us where i should go.

I'm thinking about getting into movie making and i don't know where to start.

Whats the chances of me making a full good holywood movie?
I did pretty crap at school lots of bad marks i also did film and telly and did
badly in it cause i couldn't think of anything. I'm searching for a career and
I love movies and i thought id try.

Does it costs lots of money when it comes to making movies?
who pays for it?

If i have ideas for movies what should i do?

Whats the steps of creating a movie or a story for one?

If you have any sites that could help me that will be great.

I work in the business.
besides creating your own films (which is an obivious crazy daunting task)
if you are interested in working in the business to get an idea of the normal etiquette, I suggest becoming a P.A. (production assistant).

as a PA you will be a serf, a coffee maker, a errand boy and generally treated like a door mat. but if you do well you can excel into a more specific craft (ie. grip/electric, art dept., production,etc.) where pay is good and respect can be earned.
