No!!!! No animation!!! (well....I'm for no movie at all, but still....) I'm with Gem (way at the beginning of this thread) Lotr animated movie sucked!

Not that I'm for animation (I'm really against any movie...), but what about Howl's Moving Castle?

*sigh* but do you think that anyone will even make a move of the pellinor series...aniimation or not?? so many books have been becoming movies...all thats left pretty much is this

Personally, I think movies should be movies and books should be books. There really hasn't been any original ideas for movies lately, and it sucks!!!

ya i mean look....there's been eragon and now phillip pullman's his dark materials...HP as always...a series of unfortunate events.....LoTR (though that was an amazing movie)

I don't know how any movie could pull off His Dark Materials!!!!! Lotr is probably the only movie trilogy from books that I actually like!

i think they're using real animals in it like the polar bear and stuff...im not 100% sure though
