Seeing a recent Snape-based thread devolve into a "who could kick Snapes arse?" discussion (no bad thing btw) I decided it was time for this...

We all know that when it comes to kicking wizard butt, no one can touch Dumbledore and Voldemort. But if that means they're No1 and 2, then whose No3? Place the whole cast in one big dueling knockout tournament and who'd come out on top? The competition is wide open! Do you believe Snapes knowledge of the Dark arts gives him the advantage? Are you a Moody man who still believes he's kept his edge? Or perhaps Lupin would turn out top dog, or wolf for that matter... anyway I think you got the idea...

My money would be on Bellatrix Lestrange - the hardest witch in england. Oweing to the fact she dispatches two Order of the Pheonix members in the fight at the end of Book 5. She also cackles, which puts her up a notch on the evil villian scales IMO.

My money is on Neville Longbottom.

Good call.

I'll have to lay an all out bet on Harry. I mean he's the main character, and he's the one who is "prophized" to defeat Voldemort. Plus he's the main character, no one can be as lucky as the main character. He gets help from everybody; his friends, his enemies, people he doesn't know, everybody! :D

Fine. Then I'll go for Hermione and I'm betting on her to knock out Bellatrix. She's probably the one with the most curses in her head....so yes I'll go for Hermione

I would have to go with Jar Jar. He did after all take out half of the enemy by accident all while trying to flee. But since he's in Star Wars, not Harry Potter, I guess I have to go with the next best thing. That's right I'll go with Neville instead.....No, Wait!! The Weasley twins! They're clever, mischevious, devious, and their own mother can't tell them apart. They could operate like a tag team. They could apparate and disapparate at will and noone would ever know that there were two of them.

Yes, that's my pick for the WWF (Wizard Wrestling Federation) Royal Rumble. (Yes I know they changed it to WWE, but that was just stupid, like the lawsuit that brought it about.)

well then can I have a tag team consisting of Hermione, Luna and Ginny then? :D They'd be formidable opponents

I'll beat that tag team easily with Harry, Neville, and Ron.

And I think I shall take the prize with: Dumbledore, Voldemort, and Fluffy.

Hey,that's cheating! Okay then I will match Fluffy with Hagrid, Voldemort with Harry, and Dumbledor with an unsolvable puzzle. :)
