That's very good peter_gia!! I had always sort of imagined it to be a purely metallic badge but I think that I like your version just as much!!!

I would also like to add that Hurlz pic of Ardina is beautiful and is a really good representation of Ardina's character as a sort of illusive yet beautiful being!! Extremely well done!!

Like the broach....I copied the one off the UK cover, 'cause I'm not very imaginative....heh heh...and everyone else is....

I started drawing this picture...of a fattish woman, I then thought that the outline might make a good Ardina...so I traced it from the original drawing...she was far too fat, so I drew it again, it's incredably skinny...

It took me two hours and a bit to do, but that was all getting the shape right, which it still isn't....but I was watching prison break at the time, that  MIGHT:rolleyes: have slowed me down a little....so, when I came downstairs it was 11....my dad was on the comp....so I waited and he's just got off, it's now twenty past one in the morning....too late to scan it on, how typical....

I'm quite hyper...it's also very early in the morning, I'm proud of my Lady Ardina...but maybe when I'm not hyper it'll not look so good...

excuse me for gabbering on....

Anyway, here's the link... http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/34031179/

Hey there,

I'm so impressed with everyone's art! Alison obviously does a great job of describing characters because all the interpretations have a common element.

Here's my first drawing of a character from the books. http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/34031648/

It's my idea of the older, more mature Hem. Hope you like it.
