Yeh. I mean, what if the artist had made Cadvan ugly! :eek:
You'd be stuck with that image in your head until you could get a good one. :eek::rolleyes:

I like the covers in this order:

Best: British :D (though The Singing's is less good...)
2. German
3. American
4. Australian

I would have the same order.
I think the Singing cover is brilliant. Really striking IMO. :)

Alison bought it up. Its a short story about Caldvan And Saliman, and apparently curerently UK only...

Okay, so im not MM, but i answered the question

Gah!!!!! You answered a question for me? How dare you!!!! :rolleyes::D:D

Ya. What RPH said. It's a short story about Cadvan and Saliman. It is coming out in the UK, most likely in 2009. (Alison said "next year."):(

the broach on the cover of The Gift in the uk- its wrong. it shouldnt be round it should be shaped just like an arum lilly. im like 95% sure.

I thought it was the ring Ardina gave to Maerad, not the broach. At least, that is how the ring is described.....just not silver, in gold....

........So maybe you are right....gah, I'm confused.....:confused::rolleyes::D

That new Pellinor website, the new one with the music before you enter, the one with the drawings of Maerad and Hem and Cadvan and maybe even Arkan and such...the Cadvan there scarred me! Really, really doesn't agree with me, that picture of him.

Or maybe I'm just being picky?:o

I thought the ring was wrought like reeds or something, not a gold band with decoration but like someone had strung a couple of little reeds in the shape of a golden loop or something.
