A crazy theory about Others and Children of Forest

I have one tottally crazy theory about Others and CoF.
What if Others are good ones and Children are bad ones?

Children made First Men think Others are evil and they just had to wait until humans defeat Others and they could rule the world. Others attacked humans because they wanted to kill CoF and they couldn't communicate with men except if a human first try to communicate.
8000 years later young prince Rhaegar find in a book that Others arec good ones, and he worked for them.

Promise me, Ned could mean help battle against CoF.
That's why Ned often goes to godswood. He can communicate with others only from there.

Other people who can know that are Varys, his friend Ilyrio, Ashara Dayne (if alive) and some people from this chapter.

Hmm, I'd say that the "promise me" is in regards to Jon Snow... Which is referring to something strongly hinted at and supported by most fans at the Westeros boards.

Ahahaha or better yet, what if the Others and the Children of the Forest are the same race?

Yes, Talan it can be true, but we don' know for sure.

CoF look like short humans (4 feet tall) and Others don't look like humans.
