Arkan wasn't the best in the past. when i read the book the first time i hated him. When i read it the second time, i liked him (if its possible)

*sigh* most love stories are quite predictable, but this one is a bit confusing to me. i would like her to go with Arkan BUT i want her to be be Cadvan also:confused:

really cannot wait for the singing

I'd still rather Arkan over Cadvan.

Don't kill me crazy M+C people. *Dani runs away*

i quite liked arkan, he was a very well written character, and quite clever aswell (i thought at least)
He seemed to value his friendships (how whoever got the song got it), but at the same time he didnt seem to be above selfishness...quite a human character (imo)

Hmm.. Arkan's mysterious. Like the tall dark stranger except for the dark bit.;)

Yes; he was very clever and especially philosophical, interestingly...
I'm surprised by your use of the word friendships, to me he seemed to distant and amoral for such things. In some ways Ardina is more amoral...
Nelsor must have been extraordinary to form a relationship with Arkan.

Wait...about Nelsor and Arkan..they had a homosexual relationship, right? I mean that's what I thought in the beginning but then I got sort of confused and then I remembered that Elidhu were meant to be sexless:confused::confused::confused:...I'm not too sure about the last bit but I can remember reading it somewhere. Just wanted to confirm my thoughts:rolleyes:

The great scholar guy of Afinil who wrote down the Treesong [for Sharma], unaware of the consequences. So he made Maerad's lyre
and presumably the tuning fork
He also had a relationship with Arkan. I don't think Elidhu really distinguish between human males and females.
