prom queens, that sort of thing. in america you know they're always asked what they'd most like todo in life or whatever :rolleyes:

no lol, well i suppose there are somethings similar...lol Mrs Maidstone of the year got hit in the face with a penny and had a nose bleed :rolleyes: :D yeah i think there are localised beauty competitions but they're like not important at all, and are really just a cheap rip off of the American version...and there are dances and stuff but we don't have "Kings" or "Queens" lol

rofl!!the biggest 'prom' kind of thing WE have is a yr11 leavers party, where everyone in the year gets dressed up (dresses,tux's etc) and goes to a very expensive hotel to celebrate..I can't wait..:rolleyes:

i was really excited about my yr11 prom, it was ok but not as good as i had hoped! cause half of us were drunk but other werent it was rather anoying after awhile...:rolleyes:
