Kingsley was awesome.
I was kind of disappointed how he and Tonks, well actually, pretty much everyone but for the Trio, became background characters. Ah well, it was always going to happen with a book of that length.
On a good note, Imelda Staunton was brilliant as Umbridge, was she not?

All of the characters had about 5 minutes screen time each.
That sucked.
And it would have been totally incomprehensible to anyone who hadn't read the book IMO.

I FINALLY saw Harry Potter. I thought it was...well...better then it could have been and definetly better then the last two, but...not as good as a true fan (i.e. me:D ) would have made it. Well, it would have been truer to the books, anyway...
I did like that they gave that line to Kingsley, he said it well :D
But, the pensive scene was my favorite part, and they cut it into a five second flash!:(
And i agree, all the other characters had like two seconds screen time! And when the order went to get Harry, Lupin wasn't even there! Everyone shuns Lupin! *starts chanting* STOP THE LUPIN ABUSE! STOP THE LUPIN ABUSE! IF YOU'VE GOT HIM, USE HIM! STOP THE LUPIN ABUSE! STOP THE LUPIN ABUSE!
But, all in all, the movie was well made, as far as movies go. Even though the prophecy wasn't properly introduced in my opinion. I guess i'll have to accept that a movie will never live up to a book in my mind. And this one is my favorite of the series, so i'm justified:p .

Someone whistled when Harry kissed Cho while I was watching it. It was so funny.

They really did forget about the Order, especially Lupin. And what about Percy?
But it was still the best movie so far IMO.

Percy was there as the ministers assistant, he just didn't have any lines. He was man-handling Harry and Cho in scene where DD flees the school and at the end, in the ministry, he was standing behind Fudge.
Someone's phone went off with that annoying Nokia ring tone just as Fudge said "Voldemort’s back!" Was quite good timing, or bad, but either way, Nokia was involved! Product placement almost! :p :D
The cinematography was excellent, but the editing sucked, so choppy.

sorry, but i'm not going to se it. i will not be reading the book either.
i have finished for the 6 weeks of pure bliss (otherwise known as holidays!:D ).
