I only write for school at the moment, i hate writing otherwise, b/c they make me write too much! last exam block i had 7 essays! i got sooo feed up with it in the end, but writing them became so formulaic for me that by the last one, i found it so easy to churn it out, one good thing at least :D

Just wait till you get to yr 12 :D , ha lol, i just remembered, in NSW they have 13 years, so if i lived there, i'd still have another year to go. Luckily i'm in QLD (QLD OWNS NSW ANYDAY!!!) i only have 53 days of school left! Then it off to schoolies, a week on Great Keppel Island and the a year of defferment doing ABSOBLOODYLUTELY nothing :D

Firstly Helen im jealous 11 yrs!! i would be finisheing this yr!!! argh! one yr left.

ive just started trying to write but it's really rubbish! i'm hoping to write a series but at the rate i'm going i wouldn't hold my breath about it!
i love acting but ive never wrote any plays, it sounds fun! how many have you written or cant you count them all!?
your novel sounds really cool are you going to get it published?
i'll try to avoid getting crutches in the future!

K. story. i used to write then get bored and put it aside and start something else i have a whole pile of unfinished works and stuff. i've only just stated wrting poetry. actually earlier this yr i started, after a workshop with an Aussie poet, Catherine Bateson. (lives in Tassie, i think.)

anywayz. i mainly write plays for skool productions and nxt yr my friend and i are writing our yr12 Drama Studies produciton. a two hour long play. my longest yet. my plays usually go about 20 -45mins. 1 hour max, so it's a challenge we're looking forwards to. so the plays i've writen accumulate to about ten but only three have been performed 9the third in a couple of weeks) so yeh thats me and my plays.

My novella i'm hoping, once its edited and i've finished my re write of the last few chapters, to attempt publication. it's really great because i do these writing workshops once a term and been doing so for three years now. i'm in the Master Class. we meet diff authors and stuff and they hep us develop skills and do writing activities and stuff like that. i just had a poetry one last wk and im going to do editing with Deborah Lisson nxt term. anywayz through the Fremantle Literature Centre (the place that organises the whole thing) we as the Master class can send in works we want edited by writers, sent to publishing agencies adn stuff like that. teh centre has heaps of contacts adn a few of us have had stuff published through them. mainly poetry at this stage so i'm hoping to send my final manuscript there to be edited by Gary Crew (by teh way all these pplz are Aussie writer and poets) and Markus Zusacks and then see what Lesley (runs the show) can do for me regarding publication.

anywayz. i do not advise any1 to roll their ankle bcoz

2. Crutches are annoying and fiddly and not advisable.
