I wish it were that simple. If I tell him that he's going to want a whole explanation of why. Don't get me wrong, its great advice, but I don't think it will work on him. He is one of those guys who has to have a girlfriend and when the one he likes turns him down, he changes and I just couldn't live with the changed version.

Anyway, Maerad... I am so sorry to hear that. You are in a much worse situation than I am. My prayers will be with you, your family and your community. As you hopefully have already seen... all of the pellinorites are here for you... :D

Yesterday was my homecoming dance :) it was amazing. I went with the most amazing guy (I mentioned him earlier in this thread) and we had such a great time. He took me to dinner and bought me a mum for the game on friday :) and it was awesome. He's a great dancer too! I'm awful, he tried so hard to teach me.

We got sooo close to kissing... Errrrggggg........ And everyone keeps asking why we're not dating, because we both really like each other :)

Well at least you are comfortable with dancing with a guy. I am a dancer... irish and clogging at the moment... and for me to dance with a guy is way too awkward. I just can't do it. And then to be even almost kissed is too creepy for me too. I don't know why, it just is.

So in a way, i guess i feel your pain waahoo... just in a different way.

in my eyes... everyone can move gracefully, it is just whether or not u let ur body move itself, or if u let ur mind do it. basically, if u dont think about it, u can dance, but as soon as your conscience comes into the picture, ur gracefullness dies away. That is why i like dancing so much, it gets my mind off things and i can empty it and just let my body dance
of course i only do irish and clogging right now, but the same thing applies for all dancing to me...

Hello Pellinorites,

Please pray for my family, because we have been experiencing terrible things here due to a typhoon that stricked our country, the typhoon Ondoy. We do not have clean water to drink, and there is always brown-out, there are floods that are higher than people, people here are all hungry and cold and wet. These are terrible things, and I cannot name all what we are expericing here.. I am lucky that I can still surf in the net.
