Wow, it looks like a bunch of people here have done theatre! The group I was in made up their own plays, since the director was a writer. I was only in one play, but I had known a bunch of the other people in it for years and years, so that part was sort of fun.

This is my first time and I am so nervous, because I am going to play hippolyta(sp). :D

We did Midsummer Night's Dream a few years ago! It was a lot of fun. It's so random and weird. I was Snug...:p:D

Lol I thought that bit was wonderful!!! I mean, for the whole of the series beforehand the Doctor was all like: "I blew up both the Daleks AND the TimeLords and now I'm the ONLY one left and I'm going to remind EVERYONE ALL THE TIME ANGST ANGST ANGST" and suddenly he decides that he's actually going to grow a spine and turn all sexy evil instead :D. I thought it was really interesting that we got to see the Doctor turn to the Dark side for once.
I wonder what the Ood has to do with his death? And isn't Donna meant to die if she remembers anything? I heard a rumour that Rose was coming back too.

For once, he was doing something about it, with Time. And i was wondering that too - about Donna - but in the clip, surely you just see her with her mouth open in shock? And Rose? Really? Shouldn't she be happy with the human Dr :p?

I soooo can't wait for the other episodes :D

It was interesting yes i'll grant you that. I think my biggest gripe is that, although i like Tennant, he's getting a bit stale. All his speeches sound the same and if i'm honest a tad hollow now. I'm a huge Dr Who fan, i watched it when i was little :D but i'm glad a new Doctor is on his way, it's what the series needs.

As for his darker, sexier side hmm, i don't see it somehow :p The main issue really is that he went for it and just lost anyway...it was interesting watching him man up but seeing as he never, ever does that it just didn't sit comfortably in my mind. :rolleyes:

Yeah, I think it needs a new Doctor too. I didn't immediately love Tennant at first because I was mourning the loss of Christopher Eccleston (he will always be my fav Doctor), but I grew to like Tennant after a long time. A new Doctor will be so interesting! :)

Speculations/rumour/gossip on Xmas episode:
I heard somewhere that it is a Rose from the past, i.e. who hasn't even met the Doctor yet. But I don't know if it's true! Someone said they saw Billie Piper at the filming or something. If she is a past Rose, maybe it's a past Donna?
