It is sad. Used to be that you couldn't leave for five minutes without there being a dozen new posts before you returned - now it seems we can go for hours, even days with nothing to say.
:( *sigh* Oh, nostalgia...
How sad! But its nice to see some old faces are still here.
Edit: As to Dernhil...I'm sure he was a nice person...but Cadvan is better. But I have a think for brooding, dark haired men (i.e. Snape *squee*)
Welcome back! And I totally agree about Snape. Mmmm.

How can anyone not like someone played by Alan Rickman? Snape was way confusing in the books though.

If we're talking about Harry Potter favorites, I'll admit I fell for Lupin from the moment he appeared. He and Sirus were the only reasons I finished the series.

sirius is pretty amazing!though he lost some points when he was killed by the drapes... so not an epic way to go... lol

You've done better than me. I only read a third of the way into the fifth book before I was all "screw this" Somebody ruined it and told me Sirius died. Wth? He was the only half-way interesting character.

Ugh, wouldn't it have just been better if the story had been written about the Marauders' time? Remus, Sirius, Snape, Pettigrew's betrayal, James/Lily love-hate.... it was just so awesome!

I swear, it was the exact same with me! I basically just mooched the rest of the important information from my friends. :)
