Don't get me started on how wrong the casting is/was for the P&P movie. Now don't get me wrong, I love Whats-His-Face McSomething-Or-Rather from Spooks, I even have both seasons on dvd! But as Mr. Darcy? Just no.

Reading Austen before and English exam? Hmm, maybe I should try that. But then again, my writing skilss are really shoddy and trying to emulate Austen's style would be laughable.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. I'm a sucker for period romances. But don't read anything by George Eliot. So dry. So very very dry.

I know what you mena about Spooks!! It's awesome!! But don't you think that they shouldn't of got rid of all three of the main characters in the space of about four episodes?! And that Adam block is ok but I would much rather have Tom!!

Agreed totally about George Elliot person. I read Middlemarch once and was very very extremely bored!! :p But wives and daughters is very good! the only problem with it is that Elizabeth Gaskell died before she finished it so it has no ending!! :eek: :eek: The video/series thingy does a completely unrealistic ending to it which is ok but would totally not of happened!! I wish that Gaskell person hadn't dropped off just before she finished it, there are clues to the ending which make it pretty obvious what would of happened but it would be sooo much better if she had stayed around for a day or two more to finish it!

Hmmm stalking, there's alot of stalking around here. Speaking of which, on another thread someones's going on about kidnapping Alison, which is kind of funny as we were joking about the same thing a only a month or two ago (check out the early part of "the books" thread for those crazy crazy early days :D), we really are going around in circles...

I should so be revising for my non-calc maths paper, which I have tomorrow but life goes on :rolleyes: Had Science today, FAILED Biology but apart from that slight blip, chem and physics were good I'm babbling now have nothing to do *should be revising* Now that I think about it does last minute revision help anyone???? :D :D

it just makes me confused because everything gets jumbled up in my head and i probebly do worse than if i didnt revise at all. but im on about revisen half an hour before the test!!!!

ive taken advantage of the afternoon exam thing and plan to revise tomorrow rather than tonight. biology was horrible! :eek:
i also had a music paper in the morning though which, although wasnt exactly a success, was much better than i expected - at least i wasn't left looking at a 20 mark essay question thinking "my god, i do NOT know", which was a very likely possibility might i add.
BUT, 2 weeks wednesday and im FREEEEEE :D

MWHAAHAHAAHAHHAA i had my last exam yesterday and thanks to the wonderful Mr Stephens (who organises the exams blocks at my school) i have the rest of the week off. PLUS thanks to Queen liz i have next monday off for her b'day holiday and then next friday off for the show hoilday! :D just keeps getting better and better don't it! Right now i'm contemplating making my way into the Plaza to get Coldplay's new CD, i just might :rolleyes: ...
