Oh My God!!! When I first heard the news, I got really reallllllllllly depressed because I lived in a town just outside London, and my dad takes the rain into centre London for work everyday, and I was like OMG!!!
So I went to the school office and phoned my dad's work and they said he wasn't in, because of the problems of transport (the bombs and tubes etc.), so I was feeling...a bit scared. And then I phoned my house, and my dad was there, so I was like phew! I asked him why and he said that he wasn't feeling well this morning, so he got up later than usual, and just before he was about to go, he saw the news... I was soooooooooo relieved.
Oh, and my mum doesn't take the train, and she doesn't work in the city, quite the opposite direction, so she's alright too. :D

Forgot to mention in the above:
One of my close friends' dad workd in London too, and he dropped off my friend earlier than usual today, so he got the early train into the city. If he had got the later train, which is the one he usually takes, he'd be vvvvvery unlucky, because that was one of the trains which had the bomb on it. Just thinking about it makes me feel really really scared, but her dad's alright, 'cause she phoned him when she heard the news, but since the trains have all stopped, her dad will not be able to get back tonight, so I have my fingers crossed really tightly.
