Ok, here is my dead list:
Cersei Lannister- she will be killed by either Tyrion or Dany when they come back to Westeros from the free cities. She will die a slow, but not undeserved, death.
Gregor and Sandor Clegane-they will fight to the death and kill each other.
Littlefinger- I think that he will give his life to save Sansa at some point or something like that, but i don't think he will make it to the end of the series.
Mellisandre- she will be killed by the Others while helping the Night's Watch.
The Blackfish- he will die in a battle with Frey and Lannister forces.
Countless smaller characters.

Alive: everyone else.

Who I think will die:

Catlyn, again... but only after she gets her Red Wedding revenge at the Twins. (I'm just glad she can no longer talk)
The Mountain- at the hand of Sandor, I pray- and most likely defending Sansa from some evil... perhaps the "giant" that the little dwarf woman predicted?!
Sansa- alright, that's just wishful thinking now... she'll probably live long enough to see her "beloved" sister (in all Arya's glory) in the following book :p Maybe she'll grow a brain and become less annoying? :p
Aemon- only after he and Jon share some big truth (either about Jon's parentage or the whole "Prince" prediction).
Theon- piece by bloody piece... literally. :(
Mellisandre- I'd like to see her burn to death... seems all too fitting. But not likely! Maybe a giant Mammoth-turned-Other will step on her? :D
Jorah Mormont- after saving Dany somehow and (hopefully) redeeming himself in his and her eyes.
Jaimie- and I think it will be in some way that spites Cersei... perhaps Brienne will be involved?? Oooh- this sordid mind of mine is having fun with that one!

Who I think lives:
Tyrion, Dany, Jon, (all flying the friendly skies together) Arya (in all her faceless beauty), Bran the Warg-crow & Rickon with the children of the forest... also,
Sandor (my favorite pet), Littlefinger (whom I think should give his nickname to Theon, eh?), and a freshly powdered Varys!

I hope Barriston the Bold is the last to write in the big "Kingsgaurd" scrappybook!!! :p

Little dwarf woman? Can you refresh my memory about her?

Little dwarf woman? Can you refresh my memory about her?

I'll do my best ;)

I believe Arya was in the "capable" hands of Lem, Tom of Seven Strings (names?) and the gang- perhaps Beric, too? Anyway, they went up a hill one night - had a bonfire and some witchy woman shows up (a veeeerrrrry old dwarf) talking about how long since she's gotten any action :p and trying to get Tom to sing a song for (IIRC) her dead (?) "Jenny"? She was some sort of prophet, apparantly, with riddles hinting at stuff like Dany, the dragons, Sansa and Joffrey's death, etc... when Arya came near, though, the little ol' gal freaked out! She said a bunch of stuff about Arya being surrounded by death or blood or murders or ?? I obviously don't recall it very well! I digress, as usual. Sorry :o

But she said things that lead some readers to believe Sansa will be in a predicament with a giant. I think there was some discussion recently in here about who or what was meant by that, but, all was fairly inconclusive!

More info can be found under 'Sansa's potential,' the last two pages of the thread I think

I think Cersi will survive but will probably get a pitifull/ironic ending, - living in poverty or carted off to be a slave somewhere or maybe even washing the latrines of Kings Landing!

oooh, yeah :D I bet she'd bring in a pretty penny at the brothels in Flea Bottom!

I think she'd rather kill herself than lower herself like that. And if she does, ill be as happy.

You're right, you're right... but one can fantasize, eh?
Well, they could at least give her a good, long public flogging for being so naughty :D

and then ship her off to marry that gouty old' prince in Dorne
