Hi all! I'm seriously glad I found this forum! A bunch of people as obssessed as I am ... wow.

So, I'm Imelda. The Pellinor series has earned a place on my top shelf with my favourite books of all time! I have no idea why it isn't at the top of the bestseller list in place of some less ... talented ... author's material *cough*Dan Brown*cough*.

My other favourite authors are: JK Rowling and Garth Nix (also on the top shelf :) ) followed by many others.
I like chocolate
I'm doing a degree in Genetics, but my real dream is to be a writer!
I'm working on a fantasy trilogy as I type (really, I should stop procrastinating) which I can only hope will aspire to being anything like as good as Alison's.
