You're...
My Friend,
my companion,
through good times and bad
my friend, my buddy,
through happy and sad,
beside me you stand,
beside me you walk,
you're there to listen,
you're there to talk,
with happiness, with smiles,
with pain and tears,
I know you'll be there,
throughout the years!

ok heres some from books XD(both the same one tho ^^:D:DXDXD)

'I thought you were dead,' Otto said, relief mixed with disbelief.
'You know, I'm getting really tired of hearing that,' Raven replied

'Damn, he must have activated the self-destruct sequence!,' Raven said quickly
'Erm...actually...that was me,' Otto replied, his cheeks burning.
'Oh my god, i leave you alone for twenty two minutes,and......'

What books are these from? They are quite funny.:)

Are they from the third book by Charlotte Haptie, Otto in the Time of the Warrior? Brilliant books, though I haven't read the third, which is why I ask. But I'm probably wrong, I guess.

wrong

both of these are from 'H.I.V.E. The Overlord Protocol',its the sequel to 'H.I.V.E.

H.I.V.E. stands for 'higher institute of villanous education',its a bit cheesy but they are very good, the first one doesnt really have too much action, but theres a ton of fights and action scenes in the second one

they are centered around a boy called Otto Malpense, and his friends Wing Fanchu,Shelby Trinity, and Laura Brand, and in the second one he sort of makes a freindship with someone codenamed 'Raven',Raven is an assasin,Wing is some aisan boy, shelby is a master thief and otto and laura are computer geeks, although otto is much more practical and knows alot of general knowledge

they are by Mark Walden, and in september the third H.I.V.E. book is coming out,'H.I.V.E. Escape Velocity'

read them :)

there are some other funnny bits from the books too :)

'You know,' Laura said thoughtfully,'your really cute when your angry Wing..'
'Yeah well,in that case, right now im the cutest boy in the world'

Franz panted to a halt beside Nigel.'Right!'he said breathlessly,'Next time!we are going to the dining room instead,ja!?'

that bits funny because franz is a german boy who cant keep his mind off his belly XD

heres a funny bit from a book named 'pawn of prophecy'

'After that its porbably best to hide behind a tree,a spear in the chest makes the average boar very angry,'
'What if i miss?'Garion asked
'I wouldent do that',Barak advised,'Its not a very good idea'

From Immortals series by tamora pierce, wild magic (DONT spoil the other books ive only read the 1st one and i want to read the rest!!!!!!!!)
so this girl just lost control of her magic and stopped her heart but lived. Talking to her mentor, Numair.

"Yes, sir." She got to her feet with a groan. "Do people have visions when they think they're dead?"
His control vanished. "I don't know! I've never tried it!"
"Oh, well, I can see there's no talking to you the rest of the night," she said wisely. "Not till you're out of this pet you're in."
"The pet I'm in?" he bellowed.

hehehe
