Help whats the name of this film

Hi guys i was wondering if you could help me here im trying to remember the name of a movie i saw. The only thing i can remember about it is that it was a western movie with gun faceoffs and things like that. Leonardo dicaprio was in it and there was this quote that went "Did somebody bring a chicken in here."
