Intersting-looking sci-fi novel that I can't remember the name of

I remember one time, while researching sci-fi novels on the internet, I came across one rather interesting-looking one that was based on the Christian Mythology/Legend that aliens were actually demons plotting to destroy earth from the dawn of time. I can't remember the name of it though. All I can remember is that I think the title either started with the letter E or N. Could someone help me?

Edit: It just came to me, it was Nephilim something or other, but that's all I remember of it.

I believe you're talking about Nephilim by L.A. Marzulli. It had some interesting concepts, but it hindsight, the writing could have been much, much better.

It is actually the first book in a trilogy. The next two are Unholy Deception and The Revealing: The Time is Now. I did not read either of these.
