yay i finally got the game (about a week ago)
but it is so hard. I didnt even finish the stealth in training. From what ive seen i dont think there is a choice in how the game ends. You have to join the terrorists or else you never finish the mission. I dont know far i am ive sent the signal and ive killed Agent Navara but then gave up on Gunther Herman because all i had was a Knife.

The 'deus' is pronounced 'doo' or 'dew', as in deus la machina, 'the god (or spirit) in the machine'

I have played the game through once on the easy setting. You are right as far as I know you have to join the terrorists but when you get to the last mission you will find there is three different ways to finish the game. I think the game is quite good but it is is nowhere near as good as it could have been.
