Gardens of the Moon
Deadhouse Gates
Memories of Ice
House of Chains
Midnight Tides (the title can be found in HoC, for a big, big hint)
The Bonehunters
Reaper's Gale
Toll the Hounds
Dust of Dreams
The Crippled God
More Blood Follows info: Blood Follows is a novella that introduces Bauchelain and Korbal Broach, and so it takes place well before the events in Memories of Ice. A blurb should be showing up on the PS site soon -- I'll email Peter regards that, so keep checking!

I like the idea of authors answering some questions but the author needs to leave some mystery. Me tinks Erikson should learn to use ROAFO.

Firstly I think that he doesn't give much away at all. Secondly anything he does give away will be in the future books, or is if minor importance. You'll notice that he doesn't give away anything big, which is understandable.
Thirdly, what does the acronym stand for?

Robert "I don't even know the plot I'm writing" Jordan's nonsense: RAFO = Read and find out.

Iesu. John: Don't start this up again. People here are sick and tired of the Jordan/Martin debate. Let it go.

Well One of the things for me that make WoT so great is that it's like a real world to me. I don't think about Jordan writing the books and making up stuff as he goes along as to me the story is real and Jordan is just writing down what has happened. Jordan helps with this by not giving away any info that is not already in the books.
Erikson saying "How does a mage use a warren? I have never pinned myself down on that one. I think because I prefer the mystery to remain, even to myself." just sucks imo. I like to see the author as the storyteller not the author.

I never thought it that way. It actually seems to BE made by the author, if you think the way all the books end. He writes, writes, writes; and then: oh, well, lets put an end here! No, excuse me, but it's not realistic at all. Martin's way is more realistic by FAR. He ends the book where it ends; he doesn TRY to make an epic super-duper, 10-mages-blast-the-whule-city ending.
Of course, Jordy has done his work with the WoT world, but, ok, even my aunt would have in TEN 1000-page books!
Martin and Erikson, and Herbert and Tolkien, create whole worlds in 3 books, or less.

Yes, I see what you mean Cal
I don't think an explanation of how exactly the warrens are used is necessary though. Do you?
You could see him as a storyteller who doesn't know all the facts. Happens all the time. Especially since this spans over such a long period in a huge world.

I can see why some people would hate a super duper blast ending, but at least it's always something worth waiting for. The alternative is revealing a revelation, but Jordan does that throughout his books.
