Alison... I've borrowed the Crow from school due to my busy schedule that does not allow for shopping... then I got up at 7 this morning planning on studying and getting most of my hw done...

It was cold so I decided to read in bed instead of sitting outside freezing me hand of studying... I've read up to the part where the earthquake ends...

The Crow is the most astounding book I've ever read... there is not a single word in my vocabulary that can describe it... extreme moments.. the sadness.. happiness.. understanding... compassion... all meld into one and you then feel the rather than understand how good the book is... From what I've read so far this book is already one of the best books I have ever read... The agony of waiting for so long to get a copy of the book is absolutely worth the wait.. and even as I sit and do homework I just can't stop thinking about it... A masterpiece Alison.. just brilliant! I can't get over how good it is...

 come on guys!

for one thing, you're getting hopelessly off topic
for another, you're going to spoil the crow for yourselves if you read the spoiler thread
and for a third thing, perhaps stuff like this should be saved for a 'die UK publishers- we want The Crow!' thread or something- this one is meant for Crow discussion...

Seriously- don't spoil it for yourselves!

And our accentsare constantly paid out :P

In any case I have the Crow...got it on Friday. But it's mah birthday on Monday and Mum and Dad decided to make me wait until then...IT'S AGONISING!

So when exactly is the Crow coming out in the UK? It's May already, and I'm dying to read it! I keep popping into Waterstones and scanning the shelves. :) I get weird looks from the shop assistants.

Also, on an unrelated note, I just found out that I missed one of Alison's appearances in my area last year! How annoying!
