Blurb For Story

Work in progress story. This might be the blurb. Tell me what you think!

Mediocre sorceror Ryenold Caine was revealed to have committed High Treason against the Crown of Avengad, and once he was incarcerated it seemed that a major threat to the King was vanquished.

But a chance meeting at Rungstone Prison changed everything.

For troubled noble Lucan Velore was intrigued by what Caine said, and within the day, both of them were gone.

But Lucan has plans of his own, and as a mysterious cult devoted to disorder gains power, Lucan realises that he may not be the only who wishes ill against the Kingdom of Avengad.

This is by no means definate, but I just wanted to see what you guys thought of the idea.

Definitely sounds interesting. Flesh this out and let us know more about it...or at least, let ME know.

Sounds interesting. However IMO there is just one name too many in it for a blurb, i would change Rungstone Prison to just 'a meeting at prison' for the blurb.

I can't tell who's the main focus of the story – Ryenold Caine or Lucan Velore.

As a side note, the name Lucan makes me think of the famous British aristocrat who disappeared in the mid seventies.
