I was browsing a book site, and I found a book intresting but wasnīt in any mood to write it down and now I cant remember the title.
I read the summary...
and it went something like...lol sorry for the vague discription

this princess i believe, is promissed to this man and on the day of their wedding..he is imprisoned and made to be a sex slave for some woman of some sorts..and he is released once she bears a child from him. Both him and the child are free to go..and he goes back for that princess because they had admired each other...apparently he rescues her from the new man she is promissed too??

its something of the sort...and i cant recall much else because i havent read it...please help if you have any idea what the title could be...maybe i can search it and see itīs a match!

thanks a bunch!

I think you are reffering to "The Black Jewels" series by Anne Bishop. starts with "Daughter of the Blood" then "Heir to the Shadows" and "Queen of Darkness", completed by the stand-alone prequel "The Invisible Ring"

a fun read, with an interesting magic system, but lightweight and floundering toward the finish line.

on second thoughts, the details you gave do not quite match. sorry

indeed, Skittish, even if it isn't the precise book you are looking for, you will probably enjoy Anne Bishop - humor, sex slaves, princesses in distress, lots of adventures ... give it a try
