What is the storyline about? i know snake has escaped from an old peoples home(joke), but apart from him being old and having something to do with the patriots i have no idea what its about.

Nobody knows about the story. Kojima has been keeping it low profile almost completely since it was unvielded. Expect to know something next week or so, since E3 is starting.
