Does anyone out there remember a series of fantasy/horror novels written by one author in the mid to late 60's, or early 70's. Only remember one title "Death Rides a Pale Horse." Themes were all satanic corruption v.s. the light. Very well-written and the source of many nightmares for me years ago. I'd love to be able to find some of them, again. Appreciate replies.

The only thing I can think of would be the Incarnations of Immortality series by Piers Anthony. There are seven books in the series:

On a Pale Horse
Bearing an Hourglass
With a Tangled Skein
Weilding a Red Sword
Being a Green Mother
For Love of Evil
And Eternity
